Refund and Cancellation Policy

Solace Spa is committed to providing every client with a complete wellness experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions that apply to bookings of individual services and session packs, delivered at our studio in Geraldes, Atouguia da Baleia.

By making a booking, the client accepts the conditions set out below. We recommend reading them before confirming any session or pack.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Cancelling or rescheduling a session is free of charge if communicated at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp ;
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee of the session price;
  • In the event of a no-show, the session fee is non-refundable;
  • Pack sessions must be rescheduled with the same minimum 24-hour notice; sessions not used within the pack's validity period are non-refundable;
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and carries no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Sessions already delivered are non-refundable;
  • If, for reasons attributable to Solace Spa, a session cannot take place, the client is entitled to a free rescheduling or a full refund of the amount paid;
  • Started packs are non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure or a duly documented medical reason, in which case the proportional value of the unused sessions will be refunded;
  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used (MB WAY, Multibanco, Mastercard, Bank Transfer or Cash) within a maximum of 14 days.
